City of the winged ones

In the mountains of Sashrei, on top of the tallest mountain, lies the city of Orandor.
This is where the winged ones live, it is a ancient city, some say it was built by the god's century's ago.
Only winged wolves are able to get into the city.
In the tallest tower in the city, lies the crystal of peace.
